New ICEF Podcast episode: How can schools engage with agents now?

Our new podcast series continues today with a special episode on how educators are engaging with agents during the pandemic. Our co-hosts for the episode are Ian Cann, the director of the Americas at ICEF, and Robin Garcha, ICEF’s director of business development for Canada.

Ian and Robin are joined by two experienced secondary school recruiters: Shawn Silverstone from Coquitlam School District in British Columbia, Canada and Luke Shorty from Lee Academy in Maine, USA. Shawn and Luke have some great insights to share from their recent experience, and some innovative recruitment ideas that they are exploring as well. Our focus is on the secondary school perspective in this episode but there are plenty of great takeaways here for educators and recruiters in all sectors and markets.

You can listen to the episode in the player below, and we encourage you to subscribe via your favourite podcast app in order to receive future episodes automatically.
